We’re Hiring: Sales & Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for Our Health-Tech Start-up!

PHAROS Labs is a young start-up based in Hamburg, developing AI solutions for the healthcare market. To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who’s eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment.

Your mission

  • Identify and build strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to scale our business model.
  • Analyze market and industry trends to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present business cases and sales materials.
  • Proactively engage potential clients and partners, including contract negotiations and relationship management.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and partners.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal team and management to address market needs.
  • Support business development in expanding our product portfolio.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences to network and promote our brand.

Your profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Healthcare Management, or a comparable qualification.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in business development, ideally in healthcare or tech.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector and its regulatory framework is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
  • Analytical mindset with solid understanding of numbers and market analysis.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and passion for innovative technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and solution-oriented in an agile environment.
  • Willingness to travel and enjoy working with external partners.
