Your mission
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating closely with our consulting and delivery teams. You’ll play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and scaling our impact.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Drive B2B sales across DACH and international markets
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with HR and IT to align client needs with internal capabilities
  • Represent PHAROS Labs at events and conferences

Your profile
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in consulting or HR tech
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • A proactive, structured, and client-focused mindset
